Antique hand-carved wooden tribal storage chest, likely originating from the Himalayan region, Nuristan, or northern India, traditionally used as a dowry box or household valuables chest. The front panel features deep relief carving with a central rosette and surrounding geometric and floral motifs, characteristic of regional mountain-tribal woodworking.

Constructed from thick solid wood with side supports and a hinged lid, the piece shows a dark aged patina and tool-cut surfaces consistent with early hand craftsmanship. Compact in size and richly decorated, it serves well as a cultural accent piece or functional small storage chest.

Motifs: Floral rosette and geometric tribal patterns
